FeisFinds never stores card details. Payments between buyers and sellers for items are arranged directly between those parties and do not pass through FeisFinds. • Shipping address • Usage Data 3.1.2 - Usage Data Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. This may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and unique device identifiers. When you access the Service through a mobile device, we may collect information including mobile device type, unique mobile device ID, IP address, mobile operating system, and mobile browser type. 3.1.3 - Information from Third-Party Social Media Services Where available, FeisFinds may allow you to create an account and log in using third-party social media services including Google and Facebook. If you register through or grant us access to a third-party social media service, we may collect personal data already associated with that account, such as your name and email address. Using social login is entirely optional. 3.1.4 - Tracking Technologies and Cookies We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and store certain information. We may share your personal information in the following limited situations: • With Stripe — for processing listing fee payments only. Stripe is contractually prohibited from using your information for any other purpose. • For business transfers — in connection with any merger, sale of company assets, or acquisition, with prior notice to you. • With other users — when you share personal information or interact publicly with other users through listings or messaging, such information may be viewed by other users. • With your explicit consent — for any other purpose only with your clear, affirmative consent. • As required by law — in response to valid legal requests from public authorities such as a court or government agency. We do not share your personal information with advertisers, marketing companies, data brokers, or any other third party for commercial purposes. 3.3 - Retention of Your Personal Data FeisFinds LLC will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. Transaction records including listing details, buyer-seller communications, and shipping information may be retained for up to 3 years to support dispute resolution and legal compliance. When your Personal Data is no longer required, we will delete it. In most cases, Personal Data will be deleted upon termination of your account or upon your written request. 3.4 - Transfer of Your Personal Data Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at FeisFinds LLC's operating offices in Arizona, United States, and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. This means your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer. Listing fee payments are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored by FeisFinds LLC. Payments between buyers and sellers for items are arranged directly between those parties and do not pass through FeisFinds. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, but no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

4 - Detailed Information on the Processing of Your Personal Data 4.1 - Analytics We may use third-party service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, including Google Analytics. Google Analytics tracks and reports website traffic. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. For more information on Google's privacy practices, visit https://policies.google.com/privacy. Analytics data is used solely to improve our Service and is never used to target advertising to you. 4.2 - Email Communications We may use your email address to contact you with information about your account, transactions, and the Service. We do not use your email address for third-party marketing purposes and we do not sell or share your email address with any third party. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us at FeisFinds.com@gmail.com or following the unsubscribe link in any email we send. 4.3 - Payments FeisFinds LLC uses Stripe to process listing fees paid by sellers for dress and boys costume listings. We do not store or collect your payment card details — that information is provided directly to Stripe and governed by their Privacy Policy at https://stripe.com/us/privacy. Stripe adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. FeisFinds LLC never has access to your full card number, expiration date, or security code at any time. Payments between buyers and sellers for items purchased on FeisFinds are arranged directly between those parties and are not processed by FeisFinds. We recommend PayPal Goods and Services for these transactions — their privacy practices are governed by PayPal's Privacy Policy.

5 - We Do Not Sell Your Personal Data FeisFinds LLC does not sell, rent, release, disclose, disseminate, make available, transfer, or otherwise communicate your personal information to any third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. This is an absolute commitment. The only third party that receives your personal information is Stripe, and only for the purpose of processing listing fee payments. Stripe is contractually prohibited from using your information for any other purpose. We do not work with data brokers. We do not run advertising networks. We do not use your personal information to target advertisements to you on other websites. We do not participate in any data sharing arrangement that could be construed as a sale of personal information under any applicable law. If this ever changes, we will notify you prominently before any such change takes effect and will provide you with a clear opportunity to opt out.

6 - Links to Other Websites Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

9 - Children and Minors FeisFinds is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. 10 - FeisFinds Specific Privacy Practices 10.1 - Listing Fee Payments Sellers who list dresses or boys costumes on FeisFinds pay a one-time listing fee processed through Stripe. Stripe collects your payment card information to process this fee. FeisFinds LLC never stores your card details. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy. Payments between buyers and sellers for items purchased on FeisFinds are arranged directly between those parties and do not pass through FeisFinds at any stage. 10.2 - Transaction Records FeisFinds LLC retains records of transactions including listing details, buyer-seller communications, and shipping information for the purpose of dispute resolution and platform integrity. These records may be retained for up to 3 years. Transaction records are never shared with third parties except as required by law. 10.3 - Listing Photos and Content Photos and content uploaded to FeisFinds listings are stored on our platform and may be visible to all visitors including people who are not registered users. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that photos do not contain personal information such as home addresses, license plates, or identifiable personal documents. We strongly recommend not including your dancer's face in listing photos. FeisFinds LLC is not responsible for personal information inadvertently included in listing photos or descriptions. 10.4 - Communications Between Users Messages sent between buyers and sellers through the FeisFinds messaging system are stored on our platform and may be reviewed by FeisFinds LLC staff in the event of a dispute. Please do not share sensitive personal information — such as bank account details or passwords — through our messaging system. 10.5 - Email Alerts If you sign up for item alerts on FeisFinds, we will store your email address and search preferences for the purpose of sending you notifications when matching items are listed. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at FeisFinds.com@gmail.com or following the unsubscribe link in any alert email. We never share your alert preferences or email address with anyone.

11 - Changes to this Privacy Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the Last Updated date at the top of this Privacy Policy. We will let you know via email prior to any material change becoming effective. If we ever change our policy on selling personal data — which we do not anticipate — we will notify you prominently at least 30 days before any such change takes effect and will provide you with a clear opportunity to delete your account and data before the change becomes effective.
